This position performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production lines. Additionally this position utilizes global processes and tools to achieve the end results. The Help Desk Analyst goal is to achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues by possessing exceptional customer service skills, willingness to work overtime, and most importantly working as a team.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Responsibilities and knowledge
- Support users by explaining system capabilities, handling questions and solving incidents
- Identify actual and potential software problems and provide analysis to the maintenance team
- Respect commitments according to the support part of the Assignment Agreements
- Basic knowledge of software engineering principles
- Training on Incident Management and basic knowledge of incident and problem management
- Good experience of interface with users
- Basic functional knowledge of the supported applications
- Basic understanding of the process related to deliver run-time service

Top 3 Experience And Skills Required
- 2 years of Excellent Customer service skills with excellent written and oral communication.
- 2 years of troubleshooting complex PC/Laptop related problems (from password reset to network connectivity to adding new software)
- Bilingual- Spanish
