Campus Support Center – Patient Outreach Support (Entry Level)

Location: Glendale, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday; Saturdays after training

Assignment Type: Special Project

Position Overview

This is a special project assignment supporting the Campus Support Center in Glendale, CA. A team of 10 consultants will collaborate with 8 full-time employees to assist with patient outreach and care coordination initiatives. This role requires schedule flexibility and a strong customer service mindset in a call center environment.

Consultants will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients to support pharmacy refill confirmations, annual wellness visit scheduling, emergency room outreach for patients with frequent ER utilization, new authorization follow-ups, and additional patient support projects as assigned by leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to patients to support care coordination initiatives
  • Confirm pharmacy refill needs and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Support Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) outreach efforts
  • Perform ER outreach for patients with frequent emergency room visits
  • Follow up on new and existing prior authorizations
  • Verify insurance and benefits information
  • Accurately document interactions and outcomes through data entry and tracking tools
  • Assist with additional operational or project-based tasks as directed by leadership

Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, project-based environment
  • Medical or healthcare exposure preferred

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
