We are supporting a large‑scale Battery Swap Project involving the replacement of approximately 9,000 UPS batteries, each weighing between 110–120 lbs. Due to the physically demanding nature of this work, we are seeking candidates who are fit and interested in developing a career in the DC Power Plant environment within data centers. No prior experience is required—candidates will receive both on‑the‑job training and formal initial Enersys online training.

Work Schedule
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with potential for 1–2 hours of overtime daily)
- Assignment Duration: 6 months
- Reliable personal transportation
- Successful completion of drug screening, background check, and vaccination compliance
- Completion of Initial Enersys Online Training
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment safely
- Possession of basic hand tools
- Assist with removal and installation of high‑capacity UPS batteries
- Perform cable routing and hardware installation
- Follow detailed instructions from senior technicians and project leads
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Entry-Level (training provided)
