Contact Center RepresentativeLocation: Naperville, IL (Onsite)Schedule: 35-hour work week | Monday–FridayPay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hourContract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Permanent Hire)About the RoleWe are seeking a Contact Center Representative to be the first point of contact for members and deliver exceptional service. This role is critical to maintaining the organization’s reputation and ensuring member satisfaction.
