What You’ll Do
- Support Members: Assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide members through loan and credit card applications.
- Solve Problems: Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with care and accuracy.
- Be a Financial Guide: Educate members on our full suite of products and services to help them make informed decisions.
- Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
- Ensure Accuracy: Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly.
- Collaborate & Lead: Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture.
- Stay Compliant: Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services.
- Branch Operations: May assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship.
- Team-Oriented Culture: Work alongside supportive colleagues who are invested in your success.
