This is a high-volume processing and quality control role supporting indirect auto lending operations. You will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and finalizing loan documentation from dealerships, ensuring all files meet compliance and funding requirements before disbursement.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Loan Processing & Quality Control
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced data entry or processing role
✅ At least 1 year of office experience (administrative, banking, dealership, or similar)
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (editing spreadsheets, tracking data, working across tabs)
✅ Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Loan Processing & Quality Control
- Review and perform quality control on auto loan contracts submitted from dealerships
- Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and procedures
- Compare loan file data across multiple systems to ensure consistency
- Identify and flag discrepancies or out-of-compliance information
- Manage and review 10–20 loan files at a time in a fast-paced environment
- Follow up with dealerships to collect missing documentation or stipulations
- Communicate with credit unions and dealers to clarify information when needed
- Send completed loan packages to credit unions for funding or complete funding on their behalf
- Accurately input and track loan information in internal systems and spreadsheets
- Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation for each file
- Utilize Excel and other tools to manage pipeline and status updates
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced data entry or processing role
