We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and fast‑paced Loan Processor to join our growing team. This role is responsible for processing incoming cash sale closing from document preparation thru closing, submission and file set-up for incoming finance sales applications, with some file condition management. You will work closely with Business Development Manager, the VP of Sales, and community managers to ensure timely and accurate loan submissions and cash sale document preparation, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Loan File Management
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
- Monitor incoming loan applications and cash sale requests and follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays.
- Prepares cash sales for community managers as requested
- Training calls with the community managers as needed
Customer & Team Communication
- Communicate with community managers to request required documentation and provide updates.
- Deliver an exceptional service through clear, friendly, and timely communication.
- Support Business Development Manager on back-up support, as needed
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all loan files meet state, federal, and company compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate, organized digital loan records.
Operational Support
- Assist with data entry and system updates throughout the loan process.
- Support workflow improvements and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- Real Estate or loan processing experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan management software (or ability to learn quickly).
- Understanding of lending regulations and compliance standards (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate and energize a team
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Bilingual preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
