About The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Product Designer with strong design fundamentals and a sharp eye for detail to help elevate the quality and execution of digital acquisition experiences. This role focuses on form‑heavy, high‑impact user journeys where clarity, accessibility, and trust are critical. You’ll work within an established design system while partnering closely with product and engineering teams to deliver thoughtful, polished solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design and refine web and mobile acquisition and application flows
- Create high‑fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and supporting artifacts
- Apply strong foundational design principles (typography, hierarchy, spacing, accessibility)
- Design within an existing enterprise design system, prioritizing consistency and scalability
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross‑functional partners to solve complex problems
- Advocate for best practices and elevate execution quality through attention to detail
- Clearly articulate design decisions, user impact, and business rationale
- 1 year of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Visual Design, or a related role
- Strong grounding in design fundamentals typically developed through formal training or equivalent experience
- Experience designing user‑centered solutions for complex workflows (form design is a plus)
- Comfort working within constraints and standardized component libraries
- Ability to explain your design process, tradeoffs, and success metrics
- Self‑directed, organized, and able to make progress without heavy hand‑holding
- Confident communicator who can both give and receive feedback constructively
- Figma and modern design tools
- High‑fidelity UI design and prototyping
- User‑centered design methodologies
- Accessibility‑aware design
- Attention to detail at the pixel level
- Collaboration in cross‑functional environments
- Experience with form‑heavy or conversion‑focused flows
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
- Exposure to product strategy or journey mapping
