AR DME Billing

Accounts Receivable & Claims Operations

• Maintain and update billing, claims, and AR records, including payer contracts, reimbursement rates, and account details within enterprise billing and ERP systems.
• Validate payer fee schedules and allowable amounts, identifying discrepancies or pricing tables requiring updates to support accurate DME billing and reimbursement.
• Research payer requirements and complete payer add and enrollment request documentation to ensure proper billing configuration.
• Support claims resolution and collections efforts by ensuring system accuracy and timely updates that impact reimbursement and cash flow.
• Communicate system configuration changes, payer updates, and enhancements that may affect claims processing, AR aging, or collections outcomes.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise billing or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Brightree, QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to audit claims, AR, and revenue, identify discrepancies, and interpret financial data.

This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
