Adobe Business Systems Analyst

Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a corporate marketing organization focused on enterprise customer data and marketing technology platforms. This role will play a key part in advancing data-driven marketing capabilities by supporting a real-time customer data platform (CDP) and marketing automation ecosystem, ensuring business needs are met, and driving adoption and continuous improvement across systems and processes.

• Lead requirements gathering efforts for enterprise customer data and marketing automation platforms through interviews, document analysis, surveys, and process evaluation
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional requirements, use cases, and user stories
• Support and enhance a real-time customer data platform that unifies online and offline data into dynamic, continuously updated customer profiles
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions involving enterprise marketing technologies and integrations
• Analyze current-state processes, define future-state solutions, and recommend both short-term improvements and long-term strategies
• Drive collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment
• Develop and maintain key artifacts including business requirements, process flows, gap analyses, business rules, and test cases
• Contribute to user training, documentation, and adoption efforts for supported platforms
• Participate in QA, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment

• 5 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst (hard requirement)
• Hands-on experience with Adobe enterprise integrations and customizations
• Strong experience supporting or working with enterprise customer data platforms, including real-time data unification capabilities
• Exposure to or experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo (strongly preferred)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (BSA, Product Owner, or similar role)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to requirements gathering and process improvement
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions and drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience documenting complex workflows and executing test plans
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required – no exceptions)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Direct experience working with Adobe Real-Time CDP (or similar enterprise Customer Data Platforms)
• Experience within enterprise marketing technology ecosystems
• Advanced degree in a related field

• Enterprise Customer Data Platforms (CDP), including real-time profile unification
• Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem (integrations and customizations)
• Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP), including Marketo
• Data-driven marketing and customer experience optimization

This is a Permanent position based out of Riverside, CA.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
