Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
- Clarify and resolve customer complaints and support requests.
- Update customer accounts and records based on interactions.
- Identify and communicate trends or recurring issues to leadership.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to team training.
- Coordinate with merchant affiliate networks and extend member bonuses when applicable.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Sunday–Thursday
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in email/chat support.
- Familiarity with internet shopping and online stores.
- Ability to navigate the internet and use keyboard shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl C, Ctrl V).
- Typing speed of 50 WPM (typing test required).
- Fully remote with flexible shift options.
- Relaxed, collaborative culture with a “work hard, play hard” mindset.
