Our customer is looking for a highly skilled Desktop Support Technicians to help support the organization in upgrading from Windows 10 to a Windows 11 environment. You must be flexible commuting to Midtown Manhattan.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows 11 Desktop Support Upgrade Project Technician to lead our organization through the transition to Windows 11. In this role, you will be responsible for executing, and managing the upgrade process, ensuring a smooth transition for all desktop systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in desktop support, Windows operating systems, and deployment projects.
Responsibilities:
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in desktop support and Windows operating systems.
- Reviewing knowledge of Windows 11 features and compatibility requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience conducting end-user training sessions.
- Familiarity with security and data protection best practices.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows 11 Desktop Support Technician is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

- Execute Windows 11 deployment for users, replacing laptops and repurposing existing hardware.
- Perform imaging in New York office including shipping imaged devices.
- Utilize Intune for endpoint device management.
