What You'll Do:
- Serve as a go-to support resource by monitoring incoming requests and quickly identifying and diagnosing issues
- Resolve technical incidents and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation in the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment following established procedures
- Manage Level 2 and Level 3 support requests across multiple channels (phone, chat, ticketing systems), escalating when appropriate
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
- Identify root causes and implement both temporary workarounds and long-term solutions
- Collaborate with Business Technology teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Contribute to project efforts including planning, requirements gathering, and pre-launch support readiness
- Participate in training initiatives and assist in mentoring other Service Analysts
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a strong internal knowledge base
- Proactively follow up with users to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
- Clearly communicate technical concepts in a way that is easy for end users to understand
