Top Skills Required
- Epic Certification in one or more: Dorothy, Resolute PB/HB, Cadence, or Prelude
- Experience supporting community or regional health systems
- Understanding of rural healthcare payer/regulatory challenges
- Strong collaboration across clinical, financial, and IT teams
- Proven Epic build experience
- 3 years of leadership/management experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Revenue Cycle modules (Prelude, PB/HB, Cadence, Claims & Remittance)
- Manage system projects, upgrades, and enhancements aligned to business and regulatory needs
- Partner with leadership to improve charge capture, billing accuracy, denials, and cash flow
- Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for revenue cycle workflows
- Lead and mentor analysts, including prioritization and performance development
- Collaborate with compliance, finance, and operations to ensure regulatory adherence
- Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting strategies
