Necessary Skills and experience:
SQL
Project management
Ability to commute once a month on-site in Tempe, AZ
Customer service
Escalations
Strong communication skills (verbal, email)
A Day in the life:
Provides service to merchants onboarding specific products to the platform. Will include some telephone and/or mail (including electronic) interaction. May work as part of a team or as an individual. May require use of office automation to enable and report on the outcomes. This is not applicable to Contact Center positions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
