They're hiring a Paid Media Manager to own performance across paid search, paid social, and programmatic in the US, planning and optimizing campaigns that create qualified pipeline, accelerate deals, and grow revenue.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- US resident in Austin, TX and fluent in English
- 3 years managing B2B paid media budgets with a track record of pipeline creation
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong grasp of keyword strategy, audience targeting, and bid automation
- Comfortable building reports in GA4 and a CRM, with clean UTM and naming discipline
- Fluent in experimentation and CRO fundamentals
- Clear writer, organized operator, collaborative teammate

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
