Required / Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality support
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Set up and support workstations, monitors, printers, and scanners
- Provide technical support via in-person, phone, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, email, and network connectivity
- Support end users with Microsoft Office and other business applications
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Assist with antivirus, endpoint protection, and software updates
- Connect users to network resources and provide basic system training
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and procedures
- Collaborate with the IT Manager and external vendors on IT projects
- Assist with purchasing and inventory of IT equipment
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Support IT initiatives across multiple locations
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Regular interaction with employees on the production floor
- Combination of desk work and hands-on support
- Occasional travel to other company locations (vehicle and travel accommodations provided)
