- Our customer is seeking a IT Service Desk Specialist to join their team while an employee is on temporary leave for 3 months starting beginning of 2026. Would be onsite in the Fort Collins area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal users, including execs
- Troubleshoot common issues such as password resets and printer problems.
- Manage and resolve tickets using Fresh Service and Fresh Desk.
- Familiarity with End Point Central, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, and Outlook - be able to provide troubleshooting support for end users.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Participate in periodic on-call rotations for after-hours support
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve common IT issues quickly.
- Proven customer support experience with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
