We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, effective learning experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain instructional content including curriculum, training materials, eLearning modules, teaching aids, and supporting resources.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to conduct discovery sessions, ask detailed and thoughtful questions, and gather learning requirements.
- Translate business and learning needs into polished, learner-centered content using tools such as Articulate (Storyline/Rise) and Vyond.
- Utilize learning technologies and multimedia strategies to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Review, revise, and improve existing training materials based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure content aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models, learning strategies, and adult learning theory.
- Hands-on experience developing content with Articulate and Vyond.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients or stakeholders, conduct discovery discussions, and translate requirements into learning solutions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise or corporate learning initiatives.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
- Background in multimedia design, video, or animation.
