Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking a Help Desk analyst to their team. What he/she lacks in experience, can be made up for with great attitude and high aptitude.
Job Description
He/she will be deployed on various projects supporting the desktop team that includes installations, hands-on troubleshooting, desktop support, printer support, break-fix, asset management, cleaning and organization of IT equipment, removing drive grids and palates, and assisting with project set-up of simple equipment.
There will also be help desk/ over the phone support involved, in which the technician will provide the first line of defense/ tier 1 support, and escalate the issues to the higher level tiers as needed.
They will be using a ticketing system called Cherwell to document tickets. Ideally, one person would be more aligned to the help desk duties, while the other would be providing project/ on-site support.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Excellent customer service, courteous personality, and willing to help.
Positive attitude, ability to work with a team, and great communication skills.
Passion for IT and eagerness to learn.
Work Environment
Currently, the candidates needs to be able to work an overnight shift (1030pm-7am) but the position will eventually transition into primarily a swing shift (2pm-1030pm). That being said, candidates should be open to working both shifts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
