Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise CRM and marketing platforms, resolving user issues and system-related inquiries.
- Manage and respond to service requests and escalations through an IT ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, access issues, configurations, and integrations.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, permissions, and access management.
- Deliver training and guidance to users on platform functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues, working to resolve problems while minimizing impact to business operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
- Support platform rollouts, enhancements, and initiatives that increase user adoption and system utilization.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and processes to maintain knowledge base resources.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment.
- Follow established operational procedures, security requirements, and support protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance platform support and user experience.
