Job Summary

Provide Level 2 technical support for customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing technology platforms to ensure users and internal teams can operate efficiently with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise CRM and marketing platforms, resolving user issues and system-related inquiries.
  • Manage and respond to service requests and escalations through an IT ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot platform functionality, access issues, configurations, and integrations.
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, permissions, and access management.
  • Deliver training and guidance to users on platform functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues, working to resolve problems while minimizing impact to business operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
  • Support platform rollouts, enhancements, and initiatives that increase user adoption and system utilization.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and processes to maintain knowledge base resources.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment.
  • Follow established operational procedures, security requirements, and support protocols.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance platform support and user experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Syracuse, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
