ETL Architect (Azure Data Architect)

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers.

What You'll Do
- Architect and develop high-performance ETL pipelines for a large Azure-based data platform.
- Build scalable, secure data integration workflows supporting analytics and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all data processes.
- Leverage Azure Synapse, Power BI, and related cloud technologies to enable enterprise insights.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor for junior data engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and integration strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in data architecture, ETL design, and Azure cloud services.
- Deep understanding of data governance, security protocols, and RBAC within Azure.
- Proven ability to design resilient, efficient ETL processes aligned with regulatory standards.
- Completion of Security Awareness Training within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to pass a Level II background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Azure Fundamentals
- Azure Databricks Data Engineer Associate certification.
