Description
Support end-to-end delivery of GRC initiatives: requirements, BRDs, UAT, production rollout, and BAU support
Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into functional workflows and contribute to vendor-led FSDs
Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and third-party GRC vendors to drive implementations
Perform detailed data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting across risk/control datasets
Provide BAU support on the Connected Risk platform, including issue/defect triage and reporting
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Connected Risk or similar GRC platforms
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for data parsing, analytics, and idea generation
Understanding of backend data uploads, templates, bulk updates, and data fixes
Strong documentation skills (BRDs, test scripts, dashboards, executive-level materials)
Prior exposure to regulatory exams, audits, or supervisory interactions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
