Skills Required:
- PowerShell scripting: Automate processes using PowerShell.
- SQL scripting: Create scripts for identification, removal, and upgrading non-permitted technologies from servers.
- Monitoring experience: Reduce noise from false positives using in-house developed monitoring platform.
- Network troubleshooting: Research and escalate incidents impacting applications, collaborating with network support teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all production regulated messaging applications are performing and providing a stable platform.
- Management and support of all applications that enable compliant supervision review of electronic communications.
- Service delivery to all Supervision & eDiscovery users.
- Successful implementation and validation of application service changes.
- Maintaining support relationships with eDiscovery and Legal teams to make sure business strategies are consistently met.
- Ensures that business partner priorities are identified, implemented and communicated as it pertains to Supervision policy management.
- Interfaces with EC Compliance to ensure adherence to compliance requirements via technical controls and reporting.
