Responsibilities:
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
- Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Ideal candidate will possess below skills:
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting in US IT Staffing domain.
- Experience in using job portals such as really, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc. to source and screen candidates.
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interact with candidates.
- Well versed with various visas and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast paced environment.
- Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
