We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for a client, to lead a high-visibility Department of Defense engagement focused on enterprise business transformation and technology modernization.

Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience leading complex federal programs, large-scale initiatives, or enterprise transformation efforts.
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and client relationships.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal Civilian agencies.
- Background delivering enterprise business systems, ERP, digital transformation, data modernization, or technology-focused initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and day-to-day execution.
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
Location: This role will require 75% onsite work in Arlington, VA
Salary : $175,000 - $220,000
