Title: Kronos / UKG Pro Workforce Management Functional & Technical Configuration Consultant
Duration: 12-Month Contract (High likelihood of extension based on mutual interest)
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience with (latest version) configuration and administration.
- Hands-on expertise in both Functional and Technical Configuration of workforce management solutions.
- Deep experience with Timekeeping / Time & Attendance modules including pay rules, work rules, schedules, and timecard configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Absence Management including leave policies, accruals, PTO, and attendance tracking.
- Experience with Workforce Scheduling is preferred.
- Ability to gather business requirements, configure solutions, perform testing, and support deployment activities.
- Experience working closely with business users, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization experience within UKG/Kronos environments.
Salary : $65 - $70
