Position Summary
TekStream holds a very unique position within the AWS ecosystem as one of the only Consulting Partners who can assess the current state of Oracle databases, build a future state roadmap for databases on AWS and complete the migration, all while tapping AWS funding. We are seeking a driven and experienced Program Manager to join our technology sales team, running the business side of the Oracle Optimization and Licensing Assessment Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database and AWS sales, Oracle database licensing models, and relationship management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of the TekStream Oracle OLA program to AWS.
- Constantly interact with AWS Specialty Sellers, database product owners, SLED and Commercial Sales Leadership to extoll the TekStream database migration capabilities and recent wins.
- Synthesize information coming from AWS for program improvement and competitive positioning.
- Act as a SME for customer and AWS facing calls.
- Ideally, interact with Oracle leadership to evaluate upcoming events and create additional non-AWS offerings.
- Collaborate with TekStream field sales to track pipeline
Qualifications
Required:
- 10 years of AWS Channel / Alliances experience and a deep network of trusted AWS connections.
- Strong knowledge of AWS sales motions, partner funding programs and Optimization and Licensing Assessment motions.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle licensing programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to contribute to a pursuit team with complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Preferred:
- Sales relationships at Oracle
- An understanding of Oracle selling methodology and corporate methodology.
- Relevant certifications from Oracle or AWS.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
