Job Title: Infrastructure Program Director
Location: Onsite – Portland, OR / Vancouver, WA
Contract to Hire.
About the Role:
Drive enterprise IT infrastructure strategy and lead multi-million dollar modernization initiatives across cloud, networks, data centers, and security.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure and hybrid cloud programs.
Direct CapEx/OpEx budgets, financial forecasting, and vendor contract negotiations.
Oversee cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), network overhauls, and security/DR preparedness.
Brief senior executives, align business stakeholders, and enforce PMO governance standards.
Manage cross-functional teams, technical leads, and third-party service providers.
Requirements:
15 years of IT program management experience across hybrid infrastructure & cloud.
- Hands-on background with ITIL frameworks, vendor SLA management, and infrastructure reliability.
