Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a technically driven Regional Sales Manager to expand business across advanced manufacturing markets including electronics, medical devices, automotive, aerospace, and other high-reliability OEM sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through strategic customer engagement and new business development.
• Partner with engineering teams to qualify advanced adhesives, coatings, and inks in customer applications.
• Lead opportunities from technical discovery through testing, evaluation, approval, and production scale-up.
• Support manufacturing processes including dispensing, screen printing, jetting, and pad printing.
• Collaborate closely with Applications Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges and accelerate customer adoption.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or related technical discipline)

Minimum 5 years of experience in:

• Adhesives
• Coatings
• Specialty inks
• Technical sales or applications engineering

Strong understanding of:

• Epoxies
• Urethanes
• Acrylics
• Silicones
• UV, thermal, and moisture curing technologies
• Experience with automated dispensing and industrial printing equipment
• Ability to travel 30–50% throughout the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling into semiconductor packaging, PCB assembly, medical devices, wearables, printed electronics, or aerospace markets
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or NetSuite
• Proven success managing complex, technical sales cycles and OEM customer relationships
