Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and field operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects through all phases, from planning to closeout.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Monitor labor productivity, procurement, material deliveries, and project performance.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations, NEC requirements, and company quality standards.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, resolve field issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee project documentation, closeout activities, final inspections, and punch list completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Project Management experience in electrical construction.
- Proven experience managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of:

- National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Project Scheduling
- Budget & Cost Management
- Contract Administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Design-Build electrical projects.
- Experience in Healthcare, Data Centers, Industrial, or Commercial construction.
- Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination.
- Experience using Primavera P6, Procore, or similar project management platforms.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
- Experience with California electrical construction projects is preferred.
