Key Qualifications:
• 10 years of construction experience with a strong focus on grading and asphalt paving
• 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in paving operations
• Proven experience leading asphalt paving crews, including transfer and super dump operations
• Ability to read blueprints, manage project schedules, and monitor project costs
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, paving methods, OSHA regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
