Role: Account Manager – Landscape Maintenance

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 Base Commission | $100,000 Earning Potential
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage residential and commercial landscape maintenance accounts, strengthen client relationships, ensure service quality, and drive revenue through landscape enhancement sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct property site visits and assess service quality.
- Identify and sell enhancements, including mulch, plantings, drainage, lighting, turf, and hardscape repairs.
- Prepare estimates and proposals for enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with operations managers, foremen, and design teams.
- Resolve client concerns and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Assist with winter snow and ice management client communications as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in landscaping, property maintenance, account management, or related outdoor services.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, seasonal services, and enhancement offerings.
- Strong communication, organizational, sales, and relationship management skills.
- CRM and estimating software experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
