Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily service operations and technician scheduling.
- Supervise, train, and support service technicians.
- Oversee HVAC repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency service calls.
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve service issues.
- Monitor service revenue, labor costs, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to grow service contracts and business revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical service operations.
- Commercial plumbing experience and ServiceTitan knowledge is required.
- Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Experience with budgeting and service department management.
