Are you an experienced Surveyor looking for an opportunity to work on diverse land development, civil engineering, and construction projects?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team!
🔹 Location: Wilmington, NC
🔹 Schedule: Full-Time
🔹 Work Setting: In Person
What You’ll Do:
✅ Perform boundary, ALTA, topographic & construction surveys
✅ Collect and analyze field data using GPS, total stations & 3D scanners
✅ Prepare accurate survey drawings, maps & documentation
✅ Work with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson, ArcGIS, Revit and related tools
✅ Collaborate with engineers, project managers, contractors & clients
✅ Lead field crews and ensure quality, accuracy & timely completion
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in land/construction surveying
✔️ Knowledge of GPS surveying and modern survey equipment
✔️ Proficiency with CAD/GIS software
✔️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔️ Field crew leadership experience is a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
