Job Title: RPA Business Analyst

Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94085 (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities across retail and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct process discovery, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessments to prioritize automation use cases.
• Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and assist in Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with technical teams.
• Act as a liaison between business users and RPA developers to ensure accurate and complete requirement translation.
• Support change management, training, and adoption efforts for automation initiatives.
• Monitor automation performance against business KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to the development of automation roadmaps and reusable assets within the CoE.
• Explore integration of Agentic AI capabilities to enhance automation with intelligent decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in RPA-related roles.
• Strong understanding of RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience in documenting business processes and creating PDDs.
• Familiarity with retail/manufacturing operations and automation use cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to hybrid automation environments and Agentic AI concepts.
• Experience working in a CoE or enterprise automation setup.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Strong presentation skills for client interactions and proposal support.
