What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Engineer position at TekShapers?
Role: Senior Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Oaks, PA Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Work Model: Onsite from Day 1 – No Remote option
Key Requirements
- 12 years overall IT experience, including 7 years hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong production experience with Azure and AWS (or Google Cloud Platform), including cloud networking and identity
- 5 years Kubernetes in production environments
- Strong Cloud Networking: VPC/VNet, subnets, peering, private endpoints, DNS, routing, security groups
- Hybrid Cloud/On-Prem connectivity: ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, VPN, DNS and firewall integration
- Terraform/IaC – 4 years of production experience
- Experience building infrastructure for AI/Data workloads, including model endpoints, containers, identity, secrets and quotas
- Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent
- Understanding of LLM platform operations, including model endpoints, token throughput, quotas, rate limits and inference costs
