Experience Required
14 years of relevant experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 14 years of experience in Oracle SCM applications with strong expertise in Oracle SCP Cloud.
• Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Planning modules.
• Strong knowledge of:
o Demand Forecasting
o Supply & Capacity Planning
o S&OP Processes
o Inventory Optimization
o Replenishment Planning
o Global Supply Chain Processes
• Experience in at least 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM/SCP implementations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration frameworks.
• Experience working in global onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to drive workshops and independently manage stakeholder expectations.
