Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate complex technology programs across engineering, product, architecture, data, AI, and platform teams.
- Manage program planning, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities and technology roadmaps.
- Coordinate programs involving data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, cloud, and emerging technologies.
- Identify blockers and dependencies and drive cross-functional teams toward successful delivery.
- Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, and program updates.
- Support Responsible AI governance for AI-enabled initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 7 years of Technology Program/Technical Program Management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex programs across Engineering, Data, AI, Product, or Platform teams.
- Strong roadmap planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, Generative AI, and Responsible AI preferred.
- Healthcare, Supply Chain, or Spend Management experience is a plus.
