We are looking for a Data Scientist with 4–5 years of solid, hands-on experience to join our team for an exciting project with our direct client. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable insights.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical inference to solve complex problems.
• Design, build, and validate machine learning models to optimize performance and accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Communicate analytical results, methodologies, and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and tailor analytical solutions accordingly.
• Refine and prepare presentation materials that translate data findings into impactful recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in probability theory, statistical modeling, and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with experience in statistical and machine learning libraries.
• Skilled in data visualization using Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

📍 Location: Chicago, Illinois (Onsite – 5 days a week)
