What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Systems Analyst (that sits in a MDM department), position at Tekserv?
Location: 100% on-site in downtown Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: end of the year at minimum, possible extensions.
Work Hours: Must be comfortable working on-site 5 days/week EST hours
Employment Status: ABLE TO SUPPORT ALL VISA TYPES
MUST HAVES:
- Minimum of 5 years finance industry experience
- Proficiency with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms such as TIBCO or Informatica (they’re tool agnostic, as long as someone has experience with a MDM platform, they’re fine).
- Comfortable working with complex data models
- Experience working in and MDM practice for any of the following Customer, Product, or Reference data management.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks to ensure consistent and accurate data
- Ability to establish and enforce data quality standards across the organization.
- Understanding of integration technologies such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), APIs, and web services
- Ability to facilitate discussions and align stakeholders around a common goa or strategy.
- Familiarity and practical application of as-is and to-be analysis to formulate and execute opportunities for efficiencies
- Experience within and Enterprise Data Office, building and expanding adoption of best practices.
