TekPro is partnered with an innovative manufacturer in the display technology space to find a Manufacturing Process Engineer. This company develops advanced electronic display solutions used across industries such as medical devices, industrial equipment, and automotive systems.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between engineering design and production, driving efficiency, improving quality, and solving real-time manufacturing challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily production as the primary engineering resource on the floor
- Translate designs and engineering changes into clear manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and test equipment
- Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Partner with Quality to ensure compliance and improve product reliability
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar)
- 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or assembly
- Strong understanding of schematics, components, and technical documentation
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
- Hands-on problem solver with strong communication skills
