About the Opportunity
hands-on Maintenance Technician What You’ll Be Doing- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and handle urgent breakdowns
- Inspect equipment and proactively identify issues
- Install, modify, and optimize machinery using schematics and layouts
- Replace components, adjust alignments, and improve performance
- Track maintenance activity using a CMMS system
- Partner with production to keep operations running smoothly
✅ What You Bring- Strong background in industrial maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting production equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read mechanical schematics
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/humid conditions
