Job Role: Enterprise Architect - Defence & Capability Development
Job Location: Norfolk, Virginia, United States
Security Clearance: Active National Security Clearance (Secret level or above)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform enterprise architecture modelling and design across business, application, information, and technology domains
- Develop architecture artefacts in alignment with NATO Architecture Framework (NAF)
- Support requirements elicitation, analysis, evaluation, and traceability across lifecycle stages
- Contribute to programme and project planning ensuring alignment with architecture principles
- Maintain architectural repositories with version and configuration control
- Participate in configuration and change management boards and processes
- Support development of concepts of operations, alternatives, and capability solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring on architecture and requirements practices
- Collaborate with international stakeholders, defence organizations, and cross-functional teams
- Support capability development activities across multi-domain C4ISR programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture development
- Strong experience with TOGAF methodology
- Certification in TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture frameworks
- Experience in defence sector programs or government projects
- Experience in requirements management and system engineering lifecycle
- Strong understanding of architecture governance, modelling, and frameworks
- Experience in configuration and change management processes
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
