Teknor Apex is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to help grow and support our business. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing pipeline, and delivering responsive day-to-day sales support.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve sales and margin goals
- Develop and convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities
- Maintain regular customer contact through calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending the right products and solutions
- Support retention and account growth through proactive follow-up, upselling, and cross-selling
- Prepare quotations and provide accurate pricing, product, and availability information
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records, pipeline activity, and account details
- Partner with Customer Service, Field Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of inside sales, account management, or commercial experience
- Experience in plastics compounding, resins, or specialty chemicals preferred
- Proven ability to manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, and achieve sales goals
- Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- A proactive, customer-first approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
