This is a full-time, remote role for an Okta Lead. The Okta Lead will design, implement, and optimize Okta Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions tailored to client requirements. Daily tasks include leading technical projects, configuring Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and directory integrations, as well as troubleshooting system issues for seamless functionality. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing architecture designs, ensuring adherence to security standards, and mentoring team members.
- Proficiency in Okta solutions, including Identity Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Experience in directory integrations, API development, and implementing cloud-based security protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and system optimization skills, with attention to detail in testing and deployment processes.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical requirements.
- Certification in Okta or other IAM tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and security standards, such as NIST, GDPR, or ISO 27001.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
