Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom Slack apps, bots, and workflows using Slack APIs and Bolt Framework.
- Implement and support Slack Enterprise Grid, including governance, security, and workspace management.
- Integrate Slack with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and other SaaS platforms.
- Develop real-time integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
- Ensure secure and scalable integration architecture with proper permissions and access controls.
Must Have:
- Strong experience with Slack API and Slack App Development.
- Hands-on experience integrating Slack with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, or similar SaaS tools.
- Experience with OAuth, REST APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation.
