ServiceNow Platform Consultant (FSO / Financial Services)
Location: Atlanta GA, Minneapolis MN, Dallas TX
- 8 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform with strong exposure to ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IRM, SecOps modules
- Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Financial Services (FSO) platforms, including demand, enhancement, and production support work
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow upgrades, releases, governance, and platform standards
- Proven ability to gather requirements, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and work closely with business stakeholders
- Experience with integrations, Digital Integration module, ATF, and API-based solutions
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)/CAD; ITIL certification preferred
