Role Descriptions:
• Strong experience in Telecom domain with hands-on expertise in IBM Netcool Suite including Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact, Tivoli NOI, and IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps.
• Experienced in integrating and migrating traditional Netcool Operations Insight (NOI) environments with IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps platforms in hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Skilled in event management, alert correlation, alert noise reduction, and AI-driven incident management using AIOps and machine learning capabilities.
• Hands-on experience configuring Netcool probes, gateways, Web GUI, event synchronization, and bidirectional event data flow between Netcool and Cloud Pak for AIOps.
• Expertise in developing automation policies, runbooks, and remediation workflows using Netcool Impact policies, Python, and Bash scripting.
• Experience in configuring data mapping, transformation rules, and JSONATA for standardized event and alert processing across enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML-driven event grouping, anomaly detection, topology management, and change risk assessment within AIOps environments.
• Worked closely with DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to integrate monitoring platforms with ServiceNow, Splunk, Slack, and third-party enterprise tools.
• Experienced in troubleshooting complex integration, event processing, and monitoring issues across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Good understanding of cloud-native operations, automation, observability, incident management, and enterprise monitoring best practices.
