· Assist customers through inbound calls and provide timely resolution to customer concerns.
· Adhere to client policies and compliance guidelines throughout the process.
· Resolve customer queries related to online banking systems and banking services.
· Maintain high standards of call handling, customer service, and service quality.
· Handle general customer queries with low to medium complexity.
· Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
· Maintain a customer-focused, enthusiastic, and flexible approach while handling calls.
· Utilize basic keyboard and computer skills for customer support operations.
· Work effectively in a contact center/call center environment.
· Prior experience in inbound or outbound customer service operations is preferred.
· Experience in banking voice process or banking customer support is an added advantage.
· 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations preferred.
